vertical burrs
Special steel, almost no coffee left in the grinder.

A grinder for grinding retail coffee for customers. Vertical burrs leave almost no residue, and the table adjusts to a bag or container.
Coffee shops, roasteries, delis and quality control labs.
Special steel, almost no coffee left in the grinder.
Fast grinding for customers.
At a medium setting.

The Guatemala is a shop grinder. It grinds fast, 800–900 g per minute, so customers do not wait long for their coffee.
The burrs are vertical, so very little coffee stays in the grinder. That matters when you grind many coffees a day and do not want to mix them.
The spout has a metal knocker and a bag clamp. The table can be raised, lowered or removed to fit a container or bag. Recommended grind settings are printed on the grinder.
Almost residue-free grinding, easy to switch coffees.
Metal knocker on the spout and a clamp that holds the bag.
Raise, lower or remove the table.
Recommended settings for brew methods printed on the grinder.
Voltage version, colour and accessories are confirmed in the quotation.

The Guatemala is designed for retail: it has a table, a bag clamp and vertical burrs that retain little coffee. The EK43 has larger burrs and is better when the grinder also serves filter and espresso in a café.
It can grind espresso-fine coffee for customers to take home, but it is not a portafilter grinder for the bar. For that use the E65S, E80S or Grind-by-Sync grinders.
