one grinder for every method

The X54 is a home grinder built with technology from Mahlkönig café grinders. It has 54 mm special steel burrs made in Germany.

Stepless adjustment lets you set the grind for any method: espresso, pour-over, French press and cold brew. Swappable fronts make it easy to switch from portafilter to container grinding.

The display has four time presets and a manual mode. Via Wi‑Fi you can connect the grinder to the Mahlkönig Home app with statistics, recipes and brewing guides.

questions about the X54

X54 or X64 SD?

The X54 keeps beans in a hopper and grinds by time, convenient if you mostly drink one coffee. The X64 SD is single dose: you load a weighed dose and it grinds it with no residue. Better if you change coffees often.

Is the X54 good for espresso?

Yes. Stepless adjustment sets an espresso grind, and the swappable front lets you grind straight into the portafilter.
